Basement Floor Plan

There is an area under the front porch. As you can see there is a beam rotting out. Northeast corner of the basement. Gas meter Southeast corner. Window goes into the area under the porch. Current heating system Looking west through the basment hallway This room was where the boiler once was. Steel plating on the ceiling, probably from the original boiler looking west. This room was probably where coal was stored for the boiler looking Northwest. The other side of that wall is the stairs. Exposed wood panels in stairwell ceiling looking East down the basement hallway Basement Bathroom washer/dryer. Looking southwest. (towards rectory) Current Electrical system Storage room
